Scott is a good man who is trying to make something in order to change his unfortunate circumstances. He needs our help and yours too. Please help him retain the only shelter he has and you'll be blessed for it. God bless everyone involved in this.

Scott is a genuinely good person who has had more than his share of hard times. He needs a job, a home, and a better chance to succeed. Some ill- advised bureacrats may think that because of his higher education, he is overqualified for the help he truly needs from the agencies. Perhaps a re-evaluation of his disability is in order. Meanwhile, he cannot help himself in finding a job, or pleading his case for assistance without a roof over his head.

Scott is intelligent, hard working and a good person who deserves a chance. No one deserves to be homeless and alone. Please help Scott keep his apartment and offer a program that will help him find the employment opportunities he will need to maintain his apartment.

No one deserves to be left homeless in the wealthiest country on earth, a place where the income disparity becomes more grotesque by the day. As Scott's undergraduate academic advisor, I've always known him to be enthusiastic, talented, knowledgeable, and sincere. Life has dealt Scott a series of cruel blows and Catch-22s; these must stop somewhere. ACCESS-VR appears to be Scott's last, best hope. Please allow this unique individual the time to find employment that suits his talents.

I believe our society has just as much a responsibility to ensure the safety of its individual citizens as it does to ensure our borders and our national security, to which tens of billions of which we have devoted over the last 10 years. Specific illnesses shouldn't qualify or disqualify someone from receiving aid. If there is a matter of someone being evicted from their home and they are adequately maintaining their domicile and are not a persistent nuisance to neighbors, provision should be made for their housing.

We should be doing everything we can to prevent someone from becoming homeless.

Scott is one of the most prominent and hardworking of the many thousands of contributors to English Wikipedia, one of the 10 most-visited sites on the Web. Here, his English degree serves him well, although as a volunteer, he is not paid by the Wikimedia Foundation or any other party. I only hope he can find a way to be paid for doing what he does already. No one of his work ethic and talents should be homeless and saddled with the difficulties of homelessness while continuing to search for a job.

Possibly he needs to be re evaluated for his current medical situation and limitations and provided services suited to his needs. He certainly does not meet the qualifications to be left homeless. Thanks for your compassion in this matter.
