Amazon took down all of my books and deactivated my KDP account, and is denying my royalties owed with no real explanation given beyond this "As per our policy, we reserve the right to disclose any type of information..."
It started with an email from the content review team about my book 'Finding Me' which has been published over year. Saying the title or author is similar to another published book. Which made no sense because they never clarified. So I went and emailed them like they asked explaining how my book was different. Again, I knew mothing about which book they were talking to. So I just pointed out how Finding Me is a very common title used.
I did do a reverse search and didn't find the book illegally published anywhere else besides on one pirating site. Not sure if that was the reason or not, but the next day after getting no answers they closed my account and are denying me all royalties owed and still giving no explanation.
I have called and emailed a dozen times but get nothing. 
I have worked so hard trying to publish and it's unbelievable Amazon can do this. I was selling exclusively through them as being part of the KU program and this is how they reward me.

Please sign and share. If I lose all my royalties, especially those from my recent new release, I don't know if I can afford to continue publishing how I'd like to but I will keep trying and fighting and pushing in any way I can.
