Recently, a student at my school has been using racial slurs and is getting away with it. Sadly, she isn’t the only one saying them either. 
She did get called out on the issue by another student but the person who called her out, got in school suspension(ISS). I understand how she can feel attacked BUT regardless of that, she is still in the wrong. No person who is white, should be using racial slurs when people are obviously NOT ok with it. Yet the school is still turning a blind eye. Why? 
Schools should make people who use these racial slurs, suspended or even expelled. Even if you don’t have proof, if more than 5 people vouch for this person to be using it, action should happen.
