Texting and driving? How many people do you see on their phones while driving? I see thousands every day driving these streets.

But the problem is the current laws only prohibit TEXTING but what about youtube, google maps, twitter, facbook etc. ect. how is it I can catch up on Netflix while I'm driving but not text?

How is it that someone can stare at their phone not slow down not moved over for a 19 year old kid that headed home and broke down, calls a tow truck, runs them both over because she was staring at her phone and never saw them? And get no charges because the law says she did nothing wrong because she didn't send a text.

I've personally been rear ended three times at a red light while in a tow truck and people said they did not see me they are so sorry! How do you not see a building sitting at the red light (my truck is huge) ? By staring at your phone instead of the road that's how.

How many kids need to die, how many family members need to mourn how many???? Its time for a change, many other states just like Georgia are a hands free state, cannot touch your phone for any reason while driving.
