Every main campus of ASU has a food pantry—except for West Campus. Students deserve access to discounted and/or free healthy food, no matter what campus they're on. Food insecurity disproportionately affects BIPOC students, and being food insecure makes it almost impossible to focus on academics. Without a food pantry on West Campus, it's clear that ASU not only doesn't care about making sure its students are fed, but also that they don't truly care about the success of the BIPOC students they claim to want to support. Food security is a human right. No student should go hungry, on any campus.
