We dont have proper roads and corridors to support this kind of growth. 56 street is already a traffic nightmare from dawn until dusk on a daily basis.

I don’t want my home town to change. It was a hidden gem that made for the best childhood and I want my future kids and my believes and nephews to experience that as well

I have had enough of new developments being unaffordable to the average family. Housing is not only for the rich. Also keeping a development in par with the chosen community is a must.

I dont believe this is bringing affordable housing just a large monstrosity of a development which I dont want to look at in my back yard being a neighbor to all this.

#3 & #4 - play by the rules. Change is coming, it should be community driven with our unique geography taken into account.

I am totally against this development. As a long time resident I feel like it is a tragedy for the neighborhood.

I'm sick and tired of developers constantly asking for, and getting variances to existing zoning regulations. There is absolutely no thought given to the infrastructure required to service all these people. No roads, parking, Drs, limited facilities such as hospitals, community centers, playing fields entertainment, transit. Enough already with densification. Don't want to be Richmond or Vancouver!

I am signing because people in the neighbourhood want development but we want development that meets our communities needs. This development does not even come close to meeting our needs, we need housing for young families, we need housing for seniors down sizing, we need supported housing for people with special needs! We need inclusion of the current neighbourhood to support our community !
