This is a laptop mainly used by a lot of photographers and creative artists and users. After the recent update there are big issues with the colours displayed on the screen. These are not fixable by just playing with the saturation meter available on dell premier colour or intel graphics settings. Whats worse is devices within the warranty period have also been refused service for this particular issue.

1. Either replace the screens if its a hardware issue.
2. Replace the systems that cast close to $3000 dollars for the fully configured devices.
3. Develop and release the software that is causing this.

I have been in contact with dell for the 4 months through Twitter after my original screen had a touch screen issue ( the touch would automatically push the mouse to the edge of the screen and would not allow you to type for more than a minute without jumping to random places in a document. However, I was able to use the system by deactivating the touch screen till dell replaced my screen with a refurbished one, this screen had an issue with the colours from the first moment which the dell engineer saw and informed the service team. The dellcare team at twitter now refuses to accept the screen has an issue and tells me it's functioning as intended.
