There have been reports of PVCs allegedly found buried in various parts of the nation. INEC needs to be compelled by the national assembly to come explain why these PVCs were buried instead being given to their respective owners. We want a thorough investigation to be conducted and those found wanting punished by the law for this dastardly act.
