In order for Delcath Systems to gather more money, they are calling for a Reverse-split on their stock DCTH, in which they will call for a 1-20-500 reverse split. Which seems ridiculous. They have a great product and it works in other countries such as Germany.

Jennifer K. Simpson Ph.D. (President and Chief Executive Officer) -$589,345

John Purpura M.S. (Executive Vice President Global Head of Operations) -$385,384

Barbra C. Keck M.B.A (Chief Financial Officer and Secretary) -$306,034


Us as investor are asking the CFO, and VP to cut their salaries in half ($150,000), while jenny sets hers to a reasonable $170,000.

 

If we investors are willing to sacrifice our money to a product that we believe in why can't the Management?
