The community of Dawlish should have a say on money being wasted by the Town Council on a play park tucked away in the Manor grounds.

It is time for a younger population to have our say on where a play park should be situated and for future generations to enjoy.

This isn't so much about having a play park on the lawn, it is about wasting our money on one that would not get used to its full extent and is simply a decision made to appease the locals, simply because the mostly older council members do not want to accept or indeed agree to modernising Dawlish for the sake of the younger generation.

Our town is getting bigger and bigger, we need a proper play park and not a wasted offering at the Manor.
