The National Task Force to End Local Communist Armed Conflict (NTF-ELCAC) continuously endangering our lives, especially our dear farmers, due to their blatant red-tagging. These actions make not only the safety of our farmers but also ours at risk as every one of us can be targeted in this gruesome situation.

The “Bigas! Hindi Bala!” advocacy aims to amplify the call for justice and safety of our dear farmers in which “to defund NTF-ElCAC...” as one of it's long-term goal.

in this, we condemn all of these acts that kill the lives of many innocent people in which the farmers are the most affected. We call for the defunding of NTF-ELCAC and we demand they assess their protocols!
