Rosemont Community Childcare (RCC) is a program run by experienced, creative and loving staff on site at the Rosemont School. They offer childcare for families even during Professional  Development days.

Currently, they supervise kindergarten students in the afternoons when the kindergarten school class has finished as well as older children before and after school.

The RCC space is made up of a stage where there are age appropriate toys, games and crafts as well as a gym for more active play.

Unfortunately, closure of the RCC kindergarten program and the stage area is being considered.

We feel that the RCC is a priceless addition to the Rosemont School. Finding childcare for kindergarten students after their morning class has finished that is on-site is, as one parent said, “the only reason we moved into the Rosemont catchment area.”
