The MEC Dr Phophi Ramathuba does not want or/and needs Dr Dan Sithole to be public servant so he must cease to exist (Sunday World 03/07/2022) because of jobs for pals and nepotism!

Nepotism or the so called "Jobs for Pals" lead to inefficiencies, wasteful expenditures, and corruption.

Moreover this perpetuates the cycle of South Africans being robbed of proper and sufficient and affordable healthcare.
