This petition is to serve as evidence that the DVHS class of 2020 would still attend Senior Ball even if it were to be held during the summer (July).
      Seniors have looked forward to this event since entering DVHS as freshmen. It is a irreplaceable milestone of high school and a celebration of the hard work that we have put in throughout our high school careers. It will be one of the last times we will see most of our peers before we go our separate ways in life. Now more than ever, we deserve to celebrate our accomplishments with our friends and classmates. 
     With this petition, we can showcase to admin that there is abundant interest in holding a prom for the senior class once it is safe to do so, and that we should collaborate to make this happen.
