DeCRIMINALIZE HOMELESSNESS

The Issue

To,  now  - "create"  a crime for homeless citizens - who try to live within their means while recovering,  is victimizing the victims of deliberate  economic imbalances  -  AGAIN!!     Speak up  now  -  to rescind these laws that skirt around the abolishment of former vagrancy laws!    . . . Because afterwards,   no one will listen to  you  either,   when  you also  become  just  another  one of  -  "THEM " !?  . . . In April, 2006 the  U.S. 9th District Appeals Court  ruled that making it a crime to be homeless by charging them with a crime is in violation of the 8th Amendment. 

  U.S. Federal Court Ruling being discarded by Locals. < NEEDS ADDRESSING!  

 (Now, as of 2010, over FOUR years  after that Federal Court ruling... )    Some areas in California (Sonoma County, L.A., and San Francisco are included) still persist to violate Civil Rights in this manner!!!

a John Doe HomelessPetition StarterAfter being regulated out of a 35 year business, I dropped out of work to go back to school (3 years lived on $237 mo). They should have never left me with nothing to lose, a lot of time on my hands, a pissed off attitude; and then pay me to go to school to learn how to use their equipment to pursue my political agenda against them.
