This is for the voice of the people of Allen, Texas who are NOT for mandating masks for citizens in our city. A recommendation is fine however, mandates are a clear overstep of government into our civil liberties. There is overwhelming evidence that masks are causing new and additional health issues in otherwise healthy people who have been forced to wear masks. There is clear guidance that the mask "does NOT provide the wearer with a reliable level of protection from inhaling smaller airborne particles and is not considered respiratory protection."

Going outside during this time is a CHOICE. 

Per the leaked Collin County footage, we have been adding 15 cases of Covid-19 for just ONE positive test. Our numbers are FALSE.
