Help University of Baltimore Students Pass the Bar

We all know that bar passage rates are down. To combat this, we, as graduating students, need every resource available to us to do our best.
Our schedule this spring begins one week later than in previous years. Commencement this year is May 22, 2018, with final exams beginning May 7th and ending May 17th. By contrast, the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law last day of finals is on May 2nd.
As graduating law students, bar prep is the next big hurdle. Some bar prep courses begin on May 15th while others on May 21st. This directly conflicts with UB's spring semester schedule. Some students will have to choose between studying for finals and beginning bar prep reading. This also presents a problem with those students who have out of town guests attending the commencement ceremony.
We've asked administration to start classes one week earlier, move the commencement date up, or add five minutes to each class to put us on a similar schedule as University of Maryland Law. So far, none of these options have been approved by administration.
We want you, a University of Baltimore School of Law student, to sign our petition. Show your support for asking the administration to listen, and to help us have every advantage to be successful on the bar exam this July. We want them to know that students are aware of the situation and would like a better solution than the ones previously suggested.
