Help us keep Hip Hop culture alive in Dean College while we can!

Recently, Dean College let go of Jeffrey Jean-Phillipe, an extremely experienced, talented, and inspiring hip hop dance teacher.
Jeff not only taught Dean students the dance techniques of hip hop, but he brought us valuable knowledge of the culture as a whole. Being fully immersed in both hip hop culture and in the growth of his students, Jeff certainly proved to be a beneficial teacher for every student. Even the ones who claimed to have no interest/experience with hip hop before the semester started. He continuously motivated us to push ourselves out of our comfort zones, even being the one to give us that push himself if necessary. He also encouraged and established a sense of unity within the class and dance world in general, claiming daily that "dance is a community thing". Jeff wanted nothing more than to see his students become hip hop beasts, and more powerful humans altogether.
The advantages of having a professor/mentor like Jeff have been completely downgraded, and we as paying students deserve to receive the best education available. So, while Jeff's knowledge and guidance is still available to us, we need your help to bring him back onto the Dean College staff! By doing this, the Dean College dance program can remain well-rounded, and hip hop will remain a respected style of dance in this school.
Thank you so much for your time and consideration! It will not go unrecognized.
