the staff are lovely bu still have poor understanding of h Def pool in Australia as we faced discrimination and aabued our dignity and rights to access communication with Auslan interpreters. The staff gets wrong assumptionsn of how we communicate as we require for auslan interpreters instead of lipreading written communication aslipreading and written communications are very exhausting and create limit and broken communications.would love to see everyone to use Auslan to make our worlds clear communicational save heaps of money for NDIS towards paying Auslan Interpreters.not only the communications but to understand our world lifestyle ,our language linguistic, and our mind many of us have faed with bad experience tih hospitals and ambulance 

Love to see all hospitals staff including ambulance staff in Australi to do deafness awareness training to understand us better and less discriminations and stop abusing us.,
