Show your solidarity with Ukrainians by asking your local authority to end all Twinning arrangements with ALL Russian towns and cities. 
The worldwide sanctions are just a start. Providing Ukrainians the means to survive is imperative. 

There should not be any Twinning at all with the war criminal state. 
This will send a further clear message of solidarity and support.
