The whole community requests individual mailboxes, just like Rivers Edge 1. It has become a very concerning and inconvenience for all.  It also doesn’t make sense that half of the community have their own mailboxes and we have a community box, with over 100 boxes, and three very small parking spaces. Not only is the parking area small and dimly lit, it’s located right by an easement which is a hazard!
•The community mailbox remains without proper lighting and placement. It is a hazardous location with a pathetic dim light.
•The community mailbox has been left open with all of our information for everyone to see, causing a report to be made with the local police department.
•Countless amounts of mail has been lost and/or delivered to the wrong box.
•As of 12/9/21, we have been without mail for two weeks, without notice or solution to receive any of the mail (just in time for the holiday). A large number of us have contacted and visited USPS and are being told we cannot have our mail, as it is in a “huge pile that nobody has sorted”. We are told to contact the builders with our issues. 
•It is an eyesore to our beautiful community. 

Everyone that signs this petition requests we have a personal mailbox at our home, and reject the community mailbox.  We didn’t build brand new homes in an up and coming community to have apartment style mailboxes.
