Over last 3-4 years due to countless outages, the power integrity of the Stirling and Balcatta suburbs has been third world to say the least.

As residents we are all concerned about the impacts of the continuing power issues.  The concerns are of direct consequence to the safety, health and wellbeing of your electorate and include:

• The health, safety and wellbeing of the number of life support customers in these suburbs who no longer have power reliability for their day to day living;
• The many residents who rely on power for income as they work from home.  More and more residents are now working from home due to the pandemic and for their health and safety from the virus they need reliable power in their homes.  They also need to work to support their families;
• The ongoing security issues due to no streetlights and housing alarms hindered by outages;
• Wellbeing of many.  We cant surround ourselves with family and friends because it is impossible to entertain as we have lost trust in the reliability of the network.

As a result, we demand action to sustainably resolve these issues to increase the electrical network performance and support our ongoing health, safety and wellbeing.
