Seven provinces in Canada recognize guide dogs to help people with vision disabilities. These helpful animals help their owners live a life that most people are lucky enough not to experience. An emotional support animal (ESA) is recognized in the United States Of America; these animals serve as helpers to their owner who have depression, anxiety or other known disability through a sense of emotional support. I would like to see Canada evolve and recognize how important pets can be for therapeutic living or recovery. I believe this is a human right as we all deserve a chance to heal and get the support we need from therapy in forms of medicinal or therapy (which should included ESA)
