. . .

Dear Mr. Kratz and Mr. Drake,

Today a video was released by former Palm Beach police officer Mark Dougan. He alleges the image on the video is Steve Burke having sex with one of Jeffrey Epstein's underage victims. Dougan was given a copy of the videos taken out of Epstein's Palm Beach home by now deceased Detective Joseph Recarey for safe-keeping. Burke is the senior executive vice president of Comcast and chairman of NBC Universal. Dougan lives in exile in Russia - having fled the country in fear of his life.

Ronan Farrow said ‘Burke “had a rapport” with [Harvey] Weinstein throughout the reporting process and a former member of Weinstein’s staff described the executive to Farrow as being “in Weinstein’s pocket."’ He claims that Burke tried to kill the Weinstein expose.

Farrow’s story 'Harvey Weinstein's Army of Spies’ was vetted and subsequently published by The New Yorker on November 6, 2017. The story showed how Weinstein used former Mossad agents who worked for a firm name Black Cube and how these "spies" targeted Rose McGowen (who was the first person to out Harvey Weinstein), as well as himself during the time he was working on story that eventually pushed the #metoo movement onto center stage.

Harvey Weinstein, like yourselves at NYAA and Eileen Guggenheim have repeatedly denied any “knowledge” of Jeffrey Epstein's activities or any wrongdoing. Ms. Guggenheim only “recalled” having been at Epstein’s Zorro ranch in New Mexico when a second student stepped forward and told ArtNet that, she too, had been there. A third student (who wanted to remain anonymous) confirmed Maria Farmer was telling the truth.

What the public has seen is that you and Guggenheim regained your ability to “recall” only when others have caught you misrepresenting the facts.

. . .

PAYING CASH aka PAYING UNDER THE TABLE IS ILLEGAL

In your second response to our Petition which you gave to Hyperallergic,  Ms. Guggenheim states she pays students $10 per hour to do chores for her. Please be advised that paying cash is known as “paying under the table” -- and is used by wealthy people to avoid paying income tax. This, by itself, is a crime punishable with jail time. Remember Leona Helmsley’s famous line: “Only the little people pay taxes?” Seems Guggenheim feels the same.

As per Maria Farmer's allegations, she was not *always* paid and one time was given expired Traveller's checks, another time a bag of old clothes. She was told by your sister to "go sell them" and that she was "lucky" to get even that from her. The very next day Jeffrey Epstein called her and told her he would give her a job so that she wouldn't have to work for you again.

YOUR REBUTTAL TO HYPERALLERGIC

While you have failed to respond to us, NYAA and Ms. Guggenheim continue to do give rebuttals proclaiming the very same thing Harvey Weinstein, Steven Bing and others have done: DENY.

“I deny the substance and odious implications these allegations try to raise,” Guggenheim wrote [to Hyperallergic]. “For over 30 years as an educator, administrator, and board member of the school, I — like so many of my fellow board members and friends of the school — have always encouraged and supported students, sharing in their joy both when they create artwork and when they choose to sell it. As anyone who knows me and my professional ethic would attest, I am not a person who would ever dream of forcing an artist to sell a work of art; MFA artists, typically adults in their 20s or older, make their own decisions about to whom, when, and at what price to sell an artwork.”

. .

IN 1995 MARIA FARMER ALLEGES EILEEN GUGGENHEIM TOLD HER TO GO BECOME CY TROMBLY'S CONCUBINE AND GO LIVE IN ITALY WITH HIM.

In 1995, while Ms. Guggenheim was the Dean of NYAA and while Maria Farmer was a student, she allegedly ordered her to become the “concubine” of artist Cy Twombly and go live in Italy with him. Moments later Mr. Twombly called Maria at her apartment to confirm the “arrangement”. Maria, who had a boyfriend, emphatically said "NO!" and hung up on him.

However, this was not the first time, nor would it be the last time Maria alleges that Ms. Guggenheim tried to “pawn her off on men”.

THIS IS ILLEGAL. IT IS CALLED PANDERING.

It appears to us that like Steve Burke, you too, have attempted to distort the truth and keep the media at bay. However, just as news of Steve Burke's alleged raping of a minor in Epstein's incriminating videos - the truth does seep out.

We ask you again to abide by the requests made in our Petition (now shy of 7,000 signatures), and shared throughout the world.

Please step forward, apologize to Maria Farmer (and her family), and remove Eileen Guggenheim from the Board.

Yours truly,

The Supporters of the Children, Now Adults, who Survived Jeffrey Epstein & Ghislaine Maxwell
