Maria Farmer attacked on Leslie Wexner's private military compound: a resolution
May 3, 2020 —
To directly help Maria Farmer who was left destitute as a result of Eileen Guggenheim’s “assistance” in derailing her life; and who is battling brain cancer, please donate here instead of the change platform. To get up to the minute updates follow Kirby Sommers on Twitter.
Dear Mr. Kratz and Mr. Drake,
In the interest of full transparency, we are posting this letter, that I have personally sent you via email today, as an update to the petition.
We hope to be able to reach a global solution in the hope of providing Maria Farmer a sliver of justice for the immeasurable harm caused to her by Jeffrey Epstein, Ghislaine Maxwell, Leslie Wexner, Abigail Wexner, and Eileen Guggenheim. All of which began while she was a student at the New York Academy of Art.
We find it odd that you responded to this petition via Page Six instead of replying to us. We also find your statement about Maria being 25 years old at the time of this horrific incident to be rather off. It appears to imply that as an adult your institution deems it okay for her to be sexually assaulted.
As startling as that is, what about her little sisters whose lives were also upended? What excuse do you have for that?
We’re all educated, sophisticated people and we understand the politics of having the wrong sort of people on one’s board. These ill-fitting and self-serving “insiders” are usually found in publicly traded companies and are outed when there is a financial crime. However, you're an "educational" facility. Students entrust their safety, their careers, and their lives with the people who run the school and who sit on your board. So that in this instance, it is not a "financial crime," but a "sexual crime" - making it far more sinister and much more serious.
When Maria Farmer applied to your school she did so because she held it in high esteem. Little did she think that it would destroy her life.
In the 25 years since she was attacked on Leslie Wexner’s Ohio estate – which is in reality more like a military base – with long range sharp shooters guarding its perimeters and pin hole cameras in every room (including the bathrooms) – not once has your school attempted to make amends with her.
Again, we are hopeful we can find a resolution.
Maria has two types of cancer. She believes, as per what the doctors have suggested, these were stress-induced and began on the day she was sexually attacked by Jeffrey Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell. Additionally, we will once again remind you, that the Wexner’s 'military-trained' guard threatened to kill her.
Your school has publicly acknowledged to have received from Jeffrey Epstein, after his arrest, $30,000.00 in addition to payments for shows he attended.
Has it occurred to you to perhaps offer this tainted money to Maria Farmer to help her cover some of her medical expenses? If it has not, we ask you to kindly consider doing so.
Additionally, it would be a show of goodwill if you refunded to Maria the tuition and other school related costs she incurred as a student at the NYAA. She certainly didn't gain anything, but lost everything as a direct result of attending your school. For years and years there were repeated threats made against her life by Jeffrey Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell. These people, who have been so enmeshed with your school, also destroyed her once promising and flourishing career as an artist. A full refund would, again, be a step in resolving this issue.
Please note: this has been on-going for 25 years.
Ms. Farmer’s allegations against Ms. Guggenheim did not appear today. They began when Guggenheim so callously dismissed her cries for help during her darkest hour.
These cries for help are not coming from Maria, who once had to stand alone screaming into the abyss, but rather from thousands and thousands of people across the world who stand united to help her receive a measure of justice.
We look forward to your reply, and hope to be able to resolve this matter.
