The people of Hawaii are asking it's Governor and state legislators to freeze rent and mortgage payments during this period of economic slowdown due to restrictions placed upon travel and hospitality industries. These industries are vital to Hawaii's economy and employ many state residents. An influx of unemployment and potential evictions and foreclosures will have a detrimental affect on us all.
