Covid-19 is an unfortunate time for all of us, and the highschool seniors at this time are especially feeling it. For them, they did not get to have any closure with the ones who helped them through their highschool career; be it to their teachers who taught them over the year, the counselors who talked to them, or even the faculty members you wouldn't think could leave an impact on the kids. They also won't have the chance to say goodbye to their fellow classmates; the ones that helped them through hard times, ones who've changed them, and ones that became more than just classmates. These seniors won't get the chance to say goodbye to any of their friends that they won't get to see again once the gradation's done. A virtual graduation doesn't suffice for these young adults that spent the last 4 years of their life tirelessly working towards the same goal of achieving an education. They should be allowed to spend time with each other, in person, one last time; and let their family know that they are accomplished adults being welcomed into the real world. They deserve this one last celebration.
