It is Grade ll listed, so has historical value, and foremost, it is vital for people to gain access to the other side!! Including emergency services!!

Two reasons. Firstly, a grade 2 building is being wantonly neglected. Equally, several people are being denied their established right of way. An owner of any stricture where such rights are involved, should by right be obliged to maintain the structure in a manner which allows the continuation of those rights. Limitation due to neglect of said owner is disgraceful!

I dont think this is very fair. I wonder if consideration should be given for the Army to erect a temporary Bailey bridge over the River Wye

The bridge needs to be fixed asap. You can't leave someone unable to get to their own property. More needs to be done
