Laws and ordinances that seek to give unhoused individuals "one way tickets" out of the city do not solve any problems. Banning such practices would force Sacramento to address issues like exorbitant city fees, dirty market techniques, and predatory institutionalized rental property management companies. 

As of right now, the City of Sacramento would like to place all the blame on the unhoused population, rather than their own shortcomings and greed.
