The homeless issue in Sacramento and across the United States is an issue that everyone has encountered, experienced, or at least heard of once. This issue has been shown to negatively affects business, public safety and economy but also hurts those in the situation.

In order to help those in need we hope to offer and purpose our ideas to Government officials and put in place a new policy. This policy will create shelters for homeless while offering them rehabilitation, education and the resources they may need in order to get jobs and return to society. This will get the homeless off the streets, recover from any issues they may have, and pave the path to a successful future. Doing this will resolve the issues with businesses, public safety and economy while also returning the homeless into jobs to increase the economy.
