We, the undersigned, request that Safety Creator Cap Black (Nadra Enzi) be allowed to return to his position as Security Chief at The New Orleans Healing Center immediately.

Cap Black is a treasured and beloved member of our community, is an invaluable asset to the businesses in the Healing Center, and a great comfort to patrons of the businesses that occupy space there. He is a model of human compassion and empathy, and should be valued and treated as such.

Cap Black has suffered from hayfever and allergies his entire life, and having been effected rather strongly this allergy season (as have so many of us), took some time away from work to deal with the discomfort that accompanies this battle. During normal times, this legitimate ailment would not be questioned. 

The administration of the Healing Center should not use the COVID-19 pandemic as an excuse to hide it's inexplicable animosity towards Cap Black, but instead should allow him to continue his role as Security Chief for the betterment and security of patrons of the center.
