The fact that Tamir Rice's killer went unpunished, is a testament to the lack of consistent justice that prevails in this country! The details of this accident are not clear. However, they seem irrelevant. All things considered. Tamir wasn't accidentally killed, unlike Mr Gurley!

I'm signing this because all police officer SHOUKD be trained to do their jobs right before receiving a badge or gun! They need to be held to the high standard because their part of the law should know all about the law and shouldn't gat away with murder because their police officer! That's like us going around killing all the bad police officers that have killed innocent ppl! That's being the judge jury lawyer and everything in one! Hold every not just this man but hold every police officer responsible for their actions! Each individual has common sense to know right from wrong!

I have been there, doing my job, and accidents happen. If I were on a jury, he would be walking free with the apologies of the court for wasting his time and tax payer dollars.

This is a tragedy all the way around. What is happening to American citizens by police is not helping racial tensions it makes things worse. I also think this was proved to be an accident then I would think that the officer certainly has the greatest remorse for the death he caused. Sending two rookies on patrol in any city is poor judgement . Senior officers may have prevented this tragedy. I would hope. So now there is sorrow on both sides far reaching and life changing. Tragic. I hope there are changes to the dept. because of this tragedy. I know that loved ones on both sides have something in common. Long lasting sorrow .

The job of any police officer is to serve & protect. I'm sure this young officer didn't wake up that morning thinking "TODAY'S THE BIG DAY- TODAY I SHOOT AND KILL SOMEONE". He deserves to be able to do the job this officer went through rigorous and pain staking series of actions each day until he graduated from the police Academy. Give him the pardon he deserves.

Asains, as the "model minority" have been passive in the history of the United States, the discrimination faced by the chinese railroad workers were forgotten, in school, I have not learned of the Chinese exclusion act, we have been silent too long. Let our voice be heard throughout.
