Allow an Opt Out Option for Property Ownership records that are open to the Public

In Oklahoma Property Ownership is public record using GIS Systems to report who owns what. There is a Public Safety issue with regard Foster Parents, Law Enforcement and Department of Human Services, Child Protective Services Case Workers, Who own property but would like to have that information restricted from general public view. Federal, State and City Councils should still have the right to view that information but the general public should not be able to search by a property owner's name on such systems and retrieve that information. This would protect Families and Individuals from people determined to get their Children, Arresting Officer details or Case Workers information and using it in a way that it was never intended. There should be an Op-out option (which can even be justified) available to people than need to restrict and keep private where they live.
