Remove the new "Throttle" speeds on unlimited Data Plans

If you pay for for something to be unlimited there is no reason to continue to be charged as such when you get your speeds cut by such a large amount. My upload speed according to Verizon should be 1.8 Mbps and it has been cut to 0.40 Mbps while my download speed should be 3.5 Mbps and it has been cut to 1.53 Mbps. Now since they have just started this in the last month without telling anyone that they were doing this it just seems so unjust. I have had an unlimited data plan since I started with Verizon (over 3 years now). I just updated to a DROID RAZR 4G phone. Now my data is slower than a 3G phone. It just seems that if they were going to start doing a "Throttle" on Data speeds that they should tell you before you upgrade to a faster phone.
