Daniel, given the momentum and notoriety that your electoral college petition garnered, kindly shift gears here and ask the ACLU to undertake the representation of your followers by filing a class action lawsuit on their behalf in those states that have laws requiring that elected electors cast their votes on a winner-take-all basis.  Such laws effectively curtail or limit the voting power and, thus, the voting rights of citizens who did not vote for the candidate receiving the winner-take-all votes, in violation of the equal protection cause of the 14th Amendment of U.S. Constitution.  Every citizen is entitled to have their vote counted equally and no citizen’s vote should be summarily dismissed by a creature of state law that only gives effect to the votes given by a certain percentage of its voting populace.  Votes cast by electors must proportionately reflect every voter’s choice and state laws that ignore the voting choices of some citizens, in favor of the votes made by other citizens, effectively denies them the right to vote in violation of the Fourteenth Amendment of the U.S. Constitution.  Please ask the ACLU to file a petition for emergent declaratory relief, declaring that winner-take-all laws are unconstitutional to the extent they deprive certain citizens the right to have their votes counted equally, which is akin to being denied the right to vote.  Any court making such a declaration would mean that the votes given by the Electoral College on December 19th would have to be recast on a proportional, rather than a winner-take-all basis.  Keep the momentum of your movement going and petition the ACLU.
