Being a truck driver I've seen many many people wearing hoodies who have cut people off or have not seen merging vehicles on freeways, on ramps or people trying to change lanes in traffic being nearly run over a handful of them myself i would like for the government to outlaw the use of people wearing hooded clothing whilst driving a motor vehicle because in my opinion it causes a massive blind spot the reason being its not only to save themselves but others as well on the roads
