For more than 7 months, the citizens of Melbourne and Greater Victoria have had enough. From lockdown to lockdown and restriction to restriction, it's just too much. We're wearing masks, social distancing, keeping clean through constant sanitising and hand washing. In other words, doing our part for the greater good.

COVID19 is a dangerous and deadly virus which must be respected and feared - to an extent. Nowadays, community transmission is non-existent with most of us staying at home. The 5km limit may have served a purpose in the recent past but mostly serves as a constant reminder of imprisonment.

Mental health is at an all-time low with economic implications just as bad. Our new case numbers are now in-line with that of other states, so it's pretty clear of what has to happen.

Trust us to do the right thing. Sure there are some people who go too far and can be reckless but at the same time, COVID19 has run it's course. Time to let go and rejoin the rest of Australia. It's ok to make mistakes and focus on moving forward.

Give our freedom back. That's all we ask. Please <3
