Because everyone needs a home, especially kids, in order to do this we need to be able to inspect properties, I'm sure people would inspect properties as a NEED and not for fun!

Melbourne Metro Real Estate agents will be allowed to have private appointments for buying and leasing residential properties. Appointments will be 15 minutes.
Online auctions continue.
Melbourne Metro can't travel to regional Vic for inspections and vice versa yet.

Housing is an essential need and service. Private inspections can be carried out safely. Buyers and tenants need to be able to inspect properties before signing contracts. Home owners who need to sell at this time for whatever reasons need the buyers who will not consider buying without viewing - which is the majority.

I think this can be easily controlled with controllable high safety procedures. The impact on the industry is huge and it can be controlled for safety so lets keep things going but apply safety measures.
