Commercial drivers taking mandatory 30 minute DOT breaks on the shoulders of interstate and secondary highways needs to stop!This is especially dangerous when these vehicles re-enter the traffic flow.They re-enter at an unsafe speed,way to slow to enter the flow of traffic possibly moving 70 mph or higher.This causes total traffic disruption with fatal accidents possibly being the end result.
