Chick-fil-A is one of the most popular fast-food restaurants in the United States, "reported record revenues in 2020 amounting to 4.3 billion U.S. dollars, an increase of 0.5 billion U.S. dollars from the previous year."

The restaurant still uses Styrofoam(polystyrene foam), which does not degrade or break down, styrofoam also can not be recycled, and this is incredibly bad for the environment. "Polystyrene foam contains the chemical styrene, which has been linked to cancer, vision and hearing loss, impaired memory and concentration, and nervous system effects..." This type of material should not be used at all and should stop being manufactured. 

I want to see all Chick-fil-A change their packaging into something more environmentally friendly, NO more styrofoam and plastic. Instead use some alternatives like bamboo cups, and paper cups. A company this size and that makes so much money should be looking for more ways to be sustainable, and people should show that if Chick-fil-A doesn't make these changes people will stop eating there. 

This petition is for Chick-fil-A and people that are uniformed of the harm that this company is doing to us and our environment. I hope that change can be made with help from people who want something to be done now.
