We the people of the City of Dallas, County of Dallas, surrounding cities and counties, as well as others from all over the United States of America.....propose to the City of Dallas that a stretch of the highway I35 have a name change in the honor of Melvin A. Noble Jr; Best known as MO3; who was murdered on 11-11-2020 at 11:58AM in broad daylight at the beginning of his long dreamed of musical career. We would love to see this portion be changed for a few reasons.

Not only was Melvin robbed of his life at the young age of just 28, so was his loving 3 kids, devoted family, friends, and wide spread fan base. MO3 was dedicated to raising and providing for his 3 young children as well as making sure his mother was taken care of as well. Melvin gave back to his community, not just through his music, but with funds he made with the music industry. MO3 was an amazing rapper, R&B singer, father, son, brother, friend, and all around person.

We the people feel it would help keep his name and legacy alive while helping us all to cope with being robbed of such a talented individual. MO3 was set up to be murdered so we shut down that portion of I35 on Melvin's first birthday in heaven where he would have been just 29 years young. A life taken well too soon due to hatred and jealousy. We ask that you help honor Melvin Noble's name, the MO3 legacy, and allow us all to forever remember that hate motivated actions have consequences out of your control as his assailants will ALWAYS have to see this change if granted.
