Dakota county becoming a constitutional sanctuary county

Whereas, the Dakota County and it’s citizens are governed by the Constitution of the United States of America including all 10 Amendments to the Constitution
That the County Sheriff and all Peace Officers are well educated of their Oath that states they are to uphold the Constitution and protect its citizens by it.
The County Board of Commissioners, including all duly elected and appointed officials of the County take their Oaths of Office seriously to “support the Constitution of the United States of America, and faithfully execute and discharge the duties of their respective offices “according to the law” and to the best of their ability.
Whereas, the Dakota County Board of Commissioners supports the Amendments to the Constitution of the United States of America, also known as the Bill of Rights which includes all 10 amendments
That the Constitution states We the People appoint our Sheriffs and the Sheriff is above the State Governor. The State Governor is above the Federal Government as stated in The Constitution
These amendments are regarding freedom of speech peaceful assembly, right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed, secure in our homes against unreasonable searches or seizures, be deprived of law or private property taken from citizens, freedom of medical choice for a persons own body not to force anything on them they do not consent to
