Reasonable parking solution:

It seems to me that issuing at least 1 parking pass for outside each homeowners' house to be controlled individually would mitigate most concerns.

Then, for larger one-off events the management company can control additional on street or overflow parking at the pool with reasonable limitations like no more than 5 passes per household for 3 consecutive nights over a 60 day period up to a total of x # (based on # available) issued per night. This is just an example and would cover that occasional birthday party, retirement party, grad party, family visiting from Ohio, etc.

What I'm getting at is we're not in prison and we should be allowed to have family and friends overnight. I for one have four cars when my kids are home from college and can't fit the others on my driveway even when parking one inside my garage.

There should be a reasonable process that avoids getting cited/fined for parking over the sidewalk in your own driveway (last weekend) or towed in front of your own house for a tow truck company and HOA to profit.

I'm simply asking for a reasonable, logical, and fair parking process... and for all to be able to enjoy their own homes without interfering with others enjoyment!
