the dade county schools admin and school board have done nothing to make students feel safe and secure in their classrooms. with gun threats and guns found, no lockdowns have been held while investigations happen. four cops standing in the hallway making conversation IS NOT enough to make kids feel safe. we have discovered lies and secrets on many levels about situations. we demand proper education every year on gun safety and education on mental health issues including how to reach out about them. this is an issue that has to be fixed in our schools, and it starts with you. please sign this petition and make a change for you and your other peers .
