The playground at Canal Fields in Berkhamsted in popular, well used and has lots of space but desperately needs redevelopment and refurbishing.

Equipment is old and outdated. Some equipment has been removed and the grounds are notoriously muddy.

Dacorum Borough Council have plans to refurbish the park but are awaiting on contributions from a developer before they can begin a design process.

We would like to show DBC and Berkhamsted Town Council how keen residents and their children are for a redevelopment of this park especially at a time when we are all spending more time outdoors rather than indoors.
