May 2/2021 my 16years old son Evan Robinson was shot and killed by 2 men in a car as my son was eating at the taco truck the 2 men in the car was fighting with a man that was eating at the same taco truck guns was pulled out and shots was fired and my son was shot and killed the two men in the car there charges was dropped and the other man is being charged with the killing of my son I think they all 3 men should be in jail the Anthony pando was the one who killed my son with a mini AR which is a higher power rifle that is illegal if you do not have a license and have it properly put up in its safety case these two men were out hunting for this man and my son got killed in the process it was Anthony pando /Garcia and Chase Jones was the driver Reuben Perez was the man at the taco truck Anthony and Chase made the decision to stop their vehicle and have an altercation with Ruben they arrested Ruben saying he was aggressor in this situation when he was the one sitting at the taco truck when they pulled up in which words were exchanged then shots were fired my son was a 16 year old athletic boy went to church was a good kid and they took that from him so they all should pay but they're not paying for their crime they were let off myself defense not being charged with anything Anthony fled to Medford Oregon where he was apprehended and released he was not extradited to Modesto and tried he was just let go next day and charges dropped Ruben Perez is being held in Stanislaus county jail with a 6.5 million dollar Bond yes she deserves to be in there but no he does not deserve to serve time for my son's murder
