Jako Íránci žijící v České republice máme na české politiky následující požadavky: 

1. Buďte naším hlasem v mezinárodních organizacích a politických stranách. Nemlčte o stavu lidských a ženských práv v Íránu. 
2. Učiňte diplomatické kroky proti íránskému režimu. Pro obyčejné Íránce je téměř nemožné dostat se do Evropy, ale íránští diplomaté a jejich rodiny žijí v EU ve velkých počtech.
3.  Zabraňte jakékoliv spolupráci s íránským režimem, stejně jako s podporovateli tohoto režimu.

We, Iranians of the Czech Republic, demand the following from Czech politicians: 

1. Be our voice in political and international parties and organizations in highlighting the situation of women's  and human rights in Iran.
2. Take appropriate action toward diplomats of the Iranian regime residing in the Czech Republic. It is almost impossible for ordinary Iranians to travel to Europe, yet at the same time hundreds of the Islamic Republic's diplomats and their families are allowed to live, work and study in the EU. 
3. Cut any existing diplomatic ties with the Islamic Republic, including its supporters and affiliates in the EU.

Toto je prohlášení a seznam požadavků skupiny íránských aktivistů České republiky. Nadále citujeme body ve kterých Íránská islámská republika porušuje  „Všeobecnou deklaraci lidských práv z roku 1948“.

Íránský lid potřebuje pomoc a podporu ve svém boji za svobodu a lidská práva právě teď. Požadujeme, aby nás čeští politici podpořili v navrácení našich základních práv a svobod odebíraných islámskou republikou.

Během posledních 43 let v Íránu vládne islámská diktatura. Kromě vlastností, které mají všechny totalitní režimy společné, ten íránský zhoršují náboženské zákony. Tyto zákony významně postihují ženy a všechny menšinové skupiny.

Když Islámská republika převzala moc a kontrolu nad zemí v roce 1979, ženy ztratily téměř všechna svá základní lidská práva. Zde uvádíme některé z nich:

Ženy v Íránu nemohou pracovat, studovat, vdávat se nebo mít pas bez svolení svého otce, či manžela.

Nemohou se rozvést ani mít děti v péči, pokud jim to manžel nedovolí. (Porušení čl. 23 odst. 1. čl. 16 odst. 1 a čl. 13 odst. 2).

Podle zákona také každá žena získává pouze polovinu práv muže, a to jako svědek u soudu, v dědictví a přijímání odškodného.

Ženy v Íránu se musí oblékat podle islámského kodexu oblékání, známého jako hidžáb. Nenošení hidžábu je zákonem kriminalizováno a ženy jsou za to zatýkány a vězněny (Porušení článku číslo 1 a 3).

Nedávno byla 22letá dívka jménem Mahsa Amini zatčena mravnostní policií za to, že nenosila správně hidžáb, a v policejní vazbě byla ubita k smrti. (Porušení článku číslo 5.)

Tato brutální vražda přiměla Íránce vyjít do ulic na protest proti islámské diktatuře, kterou režim potlačil jako každý jiný protest, který se v Íránu objeví. Zabili již přes 70 a zatkli více než pět tisíc lidí, včetně dětí, kterým právě teď bezprostředně hrozí mučení a sexuální zneužívání. (Porušení článku číslo 20, odstavec 1.)

Podobně jako při krvavých listopadových protestech v roce 2019, režim v Íránu přerušil internet, aby zabránil jakémukoli spojení se zbytkem světa, a v tichosti mohl uzurpovat vlastní lid (porušení článku 19).

Podle tiskové agentury Reuters Islámská republika zabila 400 lidí a podle místních tiskových agentur přes 1500 lidí.

Islámský režim v Íránu nejen zneužívá práva žen, ale také popírá lidská práva každé náboženské, etnické a LGBTQIA+ menšiny, jako jsou lidé bahajské víry, kteří, vůči běžným íránským občanům nemají téměř žádná základní lidská práva,dokonce ani právo na vzdělání. (Porušení článkučíslo 18).

Islámská republika kriminalizuje homosexualitu a trestá jí popravou. Islámská republika se v posledních 43 letech dopouští systematické femicidy. Jak je uvedeno výše, největší tlak je vyvíjen na ženy, LGBTQIA+ menšiny, etnika jako Kurdové, Afghánci, či Balúčové a náboženské menšiny. (Porušení článku číslo 2).

Každý rok jsou stovky občanských a politických aktivistů, včetně novinářů a lidskoprávních aktivistů, vězněni a popravováni islámskou diktaturou Íránu, čež staví Írán na druhou nejvyšší příčku v počtu poprav na celém světě.

A to je jen několik případů porušení mezinárodních zákonů ze strany režimu v Íránu.

Islámská republika je velkým nebezpečím pro celý Blízký východ kvůli podpoře terorismu v Iráku, Sýrii, Libanonu a Afghánistánu. V důsledku se tudíž také jedná o velké nebezpečí pro celý svět skrze Íránskou podporu prezidenta Putina ve válce proti Ukrajině.

Zrušení islámské republiky v Íránu a navrácení míru a svobody napomůže také v míru celému regionu a světu.

This is a statement and list of demands of a group of Iranian activists in the Czech Republic.  We will be naming the violations of the “Universal Declaration of Human Rights, 1948” commited by the Islamic Republic of Iran.

The people of Iran need help and support in their fight for freedom and human rights right now. We demand that the Czech politicians support us to regain our fundamental rights and freedoms back from the Islamic republic.

 
During the past 43 years, Iran has been ruled by a theocratic dictatorship. Apart from the characteristics which all totalitarian regimes have in common, the Iranian one is worsened by religious laws. These laws are significantly affecting women and all minority groups.  

When the Islamic Republic took power and control over the country in 1979, women lost most of their fundamental rights as humans. We name some of them here: 
Women in Iran can't work, study, marry or have a passport without their father's or husband's permission. 

They can't get a divorce or have custody of their children if their husband does not allow them. (Violation of article 23, paragraph 1. Article 16, paragraph 1 and article 13, paragraph 2)

Also, according to the law, any woman gets only half of the rights of a man, namely as a witness at the court, in inheritance and legal compensation. 
Women in Iran must dress according to the Islamic dress code, known as the hijab. Not wearing a hijab is criminalized by the law and women get arrested and imprisoned for that. (Violation of the article number 1 and 3) 

Very recently, a 22 year old girl named Mahsa Amini got arrested by the morality police for not wearing a proper hijab and was beaten to death in police custody. (Violation of the article number 5.)

This brutal murder made Iranian people pour into the streets to protest against the Islamic dictatorship, which the regime suppressed like any protest that emerges in Iran. They have already killed over 70 and arrested more than five thousand people, including children, who are right now in imminent danger of torture and sexual abuse. (Violation of the article number 20, paragraph 1.) 

Similarly to the bloody November protests in 2019 the regime cut the internet off in Iran to prevent any connection with the rest of the world, killing its own people in silence (violation of Article 19). According to Reuters news agency, the Islamic Republic killed 400 people, and according to local news agencies, the Islamic Republic killed over 1500 people. 

The Islamic regime in Iran is not only abusing women rights but also denies most of the human rights of every religious, ethnic and LGBTQIA+ minority such as people of the Bahai belief, which have few basic rights such as regular  Iranian citizens, not even the right of education. (Violation of the article number 18). 

The Islamic Republic criminalizes homosexuality, and the punishment is execution. The Islamic Republic has been systematically committing femicide over the past 43 years. As mentioned above, the heaviest pressure is on women, LGBTQIA+ minorities, ethnicities like Kurds Afghans and Baluchs and religious minorities. (Violation of article number 2). 

Every year hundreds of civil and political activists, including journalists and human rights activists, are imprisoned and executed by the Islamic dictatorship of Iran, which places Iran in the second highest place in the number of executions worldwide. And these are only a few of violations of international laws by the regime in Iran. 

The Islamic Republic is a great danger to the whole Middle East due to its support of terrorism in Iraq, Syria, Lebanon and Afghanistan. In the bigger picture, it is a great danger to the whole world due to their support of Putin in the war against Ukraine.

Abolishing the Islamic Republic from Iran and bringing back peace and freedom will also bring peace to the entire region and the world.
