Ok so with the increase in cyclists on roads and pavements etc.

I would like to see an ID and registration system for all cyclists.

This I feel is necessary because if a cycle knocks someone over then you have a system of identifying that person especially if you are off work from the injuries sustained.

If it happened to me then I would definitely want some comeback, compensation or help.

I also feel it will encourage a more sensible approach towards cycling and the safety of other road users
