Anonymous Justice started this petition to Cyberstep Communications Inc.

All evidence for the following statement can be seen within the picture provided. A player by the name Kamikaze™ was banned from the games servers. The player was not provided of any evidence towards what could have led to their ban. They also stated that the ban was due to "suspicion" of being linked to an account which was used to harass users. The fact that the company used the term suspicion suggest that they do not have any definitive evidence. This is not only against the Terms of Service of Microsoft™ which is the platform the game is hosted on but it also breaks the basic human right of being innocent until proven guilty. The company has also made a statement within their communications with this player and other players which would place them at fault for tracking an IP Adress against these players. Tracking an IP Address without the proper permissions and warranting evidence is not only illegal but also a breach of privacy. They have also said that they were following privacy laws in Japan when speaking to another player about providing evidence in accordance with his ban. The reason this previous statement is a problem is because their headquarters in relation to the games servers that we play on are in San Jose, California USA, which is a subdivision of the parent company. This means that they have to follow the laws in the USA and Japanese privacy laws are unrelated to the matter. The ultimate goal of this petition is not only to gain justice for the wronged player but also to show this corporation that their actions are wrong and illegal! Cyberstep we will be informing your local Better Business Bureau!
