It's a cold dark December morning. You get to the office early because you're a go getter. Soon the reality sets in that there isn't any coffee because the new batch isn't brewed until after 9am. You take a seat at your desk. defeated. You open your email and there it is "CX Daily Summary".

Suddenly you feel warm inside. You feel a jolt of energy that even the strongest cup of coffee couldn't provide. You're looking awake and glad to be alive. 

This fantasy (believe it or not) wasn't always a fantasy, oh no, it was very real.
